In quality control, there are 4 types of quality inspections, namely: pre-production inspection P-PRO, during production inspection DU-PRO, pre-shipment inspection FRI, and container loading/unloading inspections. Each of these types of inspection has its own purpose. The inspection cost is chargeable or buyer has to arrange this. All the clauses, with regard to inspection must be finalised at the order & PI placement not afterwards. Extra costs will apply
- We always recommend Inspection checklists which are highly effective tools used to organize projects and duties and to verify your most important tasks. They have been designed to reduce errors and ensure consistency and completeness in carrying out an assignment.
- Our company can provide internal inspection reports on request always for every stage as above so that there is NO scope of mistakes at all. Video and picture can be arranged at every stage as well, we highly recommend this to avoid any potential mistakes.
- Also list of minor, major and critical faults with picture (maybe videos if required) must be fixed at the time of order placement, in case you opt for the inspection or otherwise also. So that again our team is aware of all these points from the start and NOT afterwards
- All inspection tool like calibrated weigh scale, metal detector, measuring tape, vernier calliper, moisture meter etc. are provided and always in house.
- We can undertake any kind of inspection and already use service of all the leading companies like SGS, Intertek, QIMA, Asia Inspection, STR etc.
- Any product certifications, if required must be mentioned on your official PO and PI as well, otherwise we can’t be held responsible for the same. Every country and client have different requirements, so this is a very important point. Also, product certification can result in change of the specification which will change the prices as well.
